Two New Zealand records in two days has done wonders for Natasha Hansen's Olympic hopes at the National Track Cycling Champs in Invercargill.
Having already broken the 500 metre time trial, the Southlander set a new mark for the 200 metre race at 11.219 in qualifying before defeating fellow Southlander Steph McKenzie in two straight rides to claim gold.
Fellow Southlander Eddie Dawkins has taken out the men's equivalent, beating Aucklander Sam Webster 2-1 in the three race final.
Jo Kiesanowski's won the elite women's points race clear of Rushlee Buchanan, and Tom Scully's taken the men's race from Westley Gough.
