Drogba ends career at Chelsea

By: Radio Sport staff | Latest Football News | Wednesday May 23 2012 7:13

Didier Drogba's eight year career at Chelsea is over.

He will leave the club next month, after scoring 157 goals in 341 appearances and helping the Blues win 10 trophies.

Drogba says the time is right after winning the Champions League.

He says he wants people to remember the win in Munich, but it's time to move on.

English media have linked Drogba with Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua, where his former Chelsea teammate Nicolas Anelka is player-coach.
