Hodgson approached by England's national side

By: Elliott Smith | Latest Football News | Monday April 30 2012 10:28

West Brom's manager Roy Hodgson has been approached by England's Football Association about taking over the reins of the national side.

FA chairman David Bernstein says Hodgson is the only manager they've contacted about the role and they remain on course to make an appointment in time for Euro 2012.

West Brom's given their blessing for Hodgson to open up talks with the national organisation.
