All Blacks demolish Ireland

By: Nick Walker | Latest Rugby News | Saturday June 23 2012 21:23

The All Blacks have bounced back from a second test scare with a record 60-nil third test thumping of Ireland in Hamilton.

The Chiefs All Blacks in particular turned on a show for their home crowd, with doubles to Sam Cane and Sonny Bill Williams, as well as Liam Messam's second half try.

Others to get across the line were Ben Smith, Hosea Gear, Israel Dagg and Adam Thomson.

The win is the biggest ever defeat of Ireland, eclipsing the 59-6 victory in 1992.

It also represents Richie McCaw's 94th test victory, the most of any player in history.
