Byrnes appeals ban for eye gouging

Rebels lock Adam Byrnes is appealing his 10 week ban from Super Rugby for eye gouging.

Byrnes was found guilty of making contact with the eye in the Rebels loss to the Waratahs last week.

His appeal will be heard next Tuesday.
