ABs may be influenced by Springboks side

| Latest Rugby News | Wednesday September 12 2012 17:01

The All Blacks may be influenced by the Springboks side when they name their 22 tomorrow morning.

Rugby Editor Nigel Yalden believes one clear change to the starting fifteen will see Liam Messam reclaim the number six jersey, while the Springboks targeting of the breakdown might see Sam Cane favoured over Victor Vito on the bench.

Reserve hooker Andrew Hore put a forward a strong case for inclusion last Saturday night, as did back up lock Sam Whitelock, though the former would be more favoured to earn a start than the latter.

Julian Savea did enough on a tough night for wingers to keep the left wing berth for this weekend, so expect to see an unchanged backline face the Boks - one that's sure to have had a tickle up this week at training.
