30-man All Blacks squad revealed

The 30-man All Blacks squad to face Ireland in three tests has been named.

There's no place for Crusaders halfback Andy Ellis and Tawera Kerr-Barlow, Brad Shields and Luke Whitelock have also missed out after being named in the training squad.

Hika Elliot has been named as injury cover for Keven Mealamu.

There are seven new faces; Sam Cane, Brodie Retallick, Ben Tameifuna, Beauden Barrett, Julian Savea, Luke Romano and Aaron Smith.

Tamati Ellison, Ben Smith and Wyatt Crockett have been recalled.

The full squad is: Beauden Barrett, Sam Cane, Daniel Carter, Wyatt Crockett, Aaron Cruden, Israel Dagg, Tamati Ellison, Ben Franks, Owen Franks, Hosea Gear, Zac Guildford, Andrew Hore, Richie McCaw (captain), Keven Mealamu, Ma'a Nonu, Kieran Read, Brodie Retallick, Luke Romano, Julian Savea, Aaron Smith, Ben Smith, Conrad Smith, Ben Tameifuna, Adam Thomson, Victor Vito, Piri Weepu, Sam Whitelock, Ali Williams, Sonny Bill Williams and Tony Woodcock.
