Tietjens signs on through till 2016

New Zealand sevens coach Gordon Tietjens has re-signed with the NZRU until the end of the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Tietjens revealed to Radio Sport at the start of the World Series in Dubai last year, that he was offered a contract to coach through to 2016.

An agreement has finally been struck and the New Zealand Rugby Union has secured the services of one of the most successful coaches in the world.
