New chief executive for the IRB

The IRB has a new chief executive, with Australian Brett Gosper appointed to the post.

Gosper was a Wallabies under 21 representative in the early 1980s before turning his hand to advertising.

He takes over from Mike Miller who stood down at the end of January, with Rob Brophy acting in an interim capacity since.
