Coaching rumours not troubling Deans

By: Matt Brown | Latest Rugby News | Tuesday April 24 2012 8:02

Robbie Deans holds no fears over his future as Wallabies coach despite indications Reds coach Ewen McKenzie is circling.

Deans has two years left on his contract and a new team of assistants.

Rumours that Ewen McKenzie has been all but guaranteed the head Wallabies coaching role post 2013 have intensified since Richard Graham's defection to the Reds.

But Deans isn't one to play what ifs.

"It's the nature of the industry. None of us know what's around the corner. None of us know what we'll be doing in the near future let alone the distant future."

The Wallabies open their international campaign against Scotland on June 5 in Newcastle.
