Carter to mark 100th Super Rugby match

| Latest Rugby News | Thursday April 19 2012 16:50

Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder is imploring his side to mark Daniel Carter's 100th Super Rugby game in the only way they know how.

Carter will bring up the milestone against the Hurricanes on Saturday night, and Blackadder says it's a special occasion.

"We all are preparing this team to go out there and put a good performance on the track and not only to win it for this team, but also for him, he's given so much, it would be really good to give him a real armchair ride and let him enjoy his 100th game."

Carter will start the match at second five.

Meanwhile halfback TJ Perenara has been ruled out of the Hurricanes side due to the ankle injury suffered in training.
