The All Blacks have kept one hand on the Bledisloe Cup with a 27-19 win over Australia in Sydney. New Zealand was in control of the game for most of the match, with first half tries to Israel Dagg and Cory Jane giving them an 18-10 lead at half time. Both sides exchanged penalties in the second half, with Berrick Barnes' fourth penalty four minutes from the end ensuring a frantic final few minutes, before Dan Carter kicked a penalty with the final act of the game to deny the hosts a bonus point. However, the home side will rue simple handling errors for allowing the All Blacks to dictate the running of the game. Photo: Getty Images |
