Chiefs back on top after gutsy victory

| Latest Rugby News | Friday May 25 2012 21:18

The Chiefs have held on for a gripping and crucial 28-22 Super Rugby win over the Bulls in Hamilton.

Flanker Sam Cane crossed for what proved to be the winning try with around 12 minutes to go.

Earlier, the Bulls looked to have control of the match when they led 16-8 after a tough first half.

The four points moves the Chiefs back to the top of the ladder on 53 points.
