Blues potent despite poor record - Hammett

By: Nick Walker | Latest Rugby News | Wednesday May 2 2012 15:14

The Blues may have their fair share of critics in Super Rugby but Hurricanes coach Mark Hammett's not one of them.

The two sides square off in Wellington on Friday.

Hammett says despite sitting in last place on the ladder, the Blues are still a potent side.

"They're extremely dangerous and even though they haven't finished all the plays off that they'd like to they get over the advantage line and at times they seem to get over it with ease. Any teams like that are very dangerous."

Hammett's named an unchanged starting 15 with the Blues side named this afternoon.
