Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has called Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone old in the wake of the overtaking controversy from the Brazilian Grand Prix. Ferrari's call for an investigation over an overtaking manoeuvre by Red Bull's world champion Sebastian Vettel was dismissed, with the 82-year-old Ecclestone labelling the request a joke. di Montezemolo says they must respect the elderly, especially when they can no longer control their words. He's gone on to say seniority is often incompatible with certain roles and responsibilities. Photo: Photosport |
