Two former Warriors have helped bottom of the table Widnes pull off the upset of the UK Super League season.

Patrick Ah Van scored a try and kicked five goals in his sides 26-22 win over fourth placed Huddersfield.

Widnes are coached by former Warriors second rower Dennis Betts.

In another upset, Hull Kingston Rovers have beaten second placed Warrington 23-22, while a Lance Hohaia try has helped St Helens draw 18-all with Hull.
