The Australian Rugby League Commission's dished out over $160,000 in fines for salary cap breaches in the 2011 season.
Parramatta's copped the biggest fine of over $80,000, while The Gold Coast, Penrith and Canberra have also been penalised.
All breaches are considered minor.
The West Tigers have also lost an appeal of a $187,000 fine from the 2010 season.
