Rabbitohs continue charge to finals

By: Elliott Smith | Latest Rugby League News | Monday July 30 2012 6:11

South Sydney's continued their charge to the NRL finals, with a 32-6 thrashing of the Wests Tigers at ANZ Stadium.

With both influential fullback Greg Inglis, and Issac Luke on suspension, they've thumped the Tigers - a double from hooker Nathan Peats leading the way.

Newcastle's all but extinguished the Raiders' top eight hopes, running in a 36-6 win at Canberra Stadium.

The Warriors look likely to join Canberra in missing the finals currently sitting in 12th, two points off the top eight, but five points off seventh.
