Fox confident ahead of NZ Golf Open

Ryan Fox is hoping to build on his top 20 finish at the Australian Masters when he tees off at the New Zealand Golf Open this morning.

The 25-year-old impressed in Melbourne with an even par finish for a tie of 14th.

Still fresh as a pro, Fox says it's a platform he can launch from at Clearwater this week.

He says he can take a lot of confidence out of that.

Ryan Fox is grouped with fellow Kiwi youngster Ben Campbell and Aussie Ewan Porter.
