Black Caps continue poor form

| Latest Cricket News | Saturday July 21 2012 11:06

The Black Caps have brought their poor limited overs form to their four day warm up match against a West Indies President's XI in Antigua.

New Zealand could only managed 137/8 on a rain-affected opening day.

Cricket commentator Bryan Waddle says there's been some timely lessons for the Black Caps' top order that'll need to be adopted quickly - batting time, discipline and to cherish their wickets.

Practice on the test block should been a blessing, but only Kane Williamson showed the application needed.

Williamson and Kruger van Wyk added 80 for some respectability but, ultimately, it's a disappointing dress rehearsal.
