Guptill frustrated with missing century on second day

By: Andy Rowe | Latest Cricket News | Sunday July 29 2012 15:59

Another start but another failure for Black Caps opener Martin Guptill.

Guptill has backed up his 97 in the first innings with 67 in the second to help New Zealand through to 199 for three heading into the final day of their first cricket test against the West Indies in Antigua.

He says it's a little frustrating not to get into triple figures.

"yea it is a little but I've started scoring runs now so hopefully I can just carry on with that and get over the line in the next test."

The Black Caps carry a 28 run lead, with Ross Taylor and Neil Wagner at the crease.
