Breakers take on Adelaide tonight

The Breakers return from the Australian basketball league wilderness tonight when they take on the Adelaide 36ers at Vector Arena.

The two-time defending champions and league leaders have had 13 days off between games.

Coach Andrej Lemanis says it's been a long break.

He says last week dragged for a bit and training dragged this week, but the game has come along at a good time.

Tip off at Vector Arena is just after half past seven.
