Family of ducks create scene on motorway

A small family of ducklings have created quite a scene on a busy Wellington motorway this afternoon.

The group wandered through traffic for around 20 minutes after their mother was struck by a passing vehicle.

Concerned motorists alerted police and SPCA who have now rescued the young ducks from the scene.
