SFO investigating land claims trust

The Serious Fraud Office has confirmed it is investigating a prominent Maori land claims trust in Wellington following concerns of unlawful transactions.

It's understood The Wellington Tenths Trust - chaired by Sir Ngatata Love, is being investigated after the SFO received complaints about the trust.

The Wellington Tenths Trust has yet to comment on the investigation.
