Teen's sudden death not suspicious

| Upper North Island News | Thursday June 21 2012 14:02

The sudden death of a Northland teenager is not suspicious.

Whangarei Detective Senior Sergeant Dene Begbie says the post-mortem report of the 19-year-old ruled out any foul play and the case will now be handed over to the Northland coroner.

The teenager died on Monday at a home in Punaruku near Hikurangi.

It's believed the man was drinking before his death.
