Nelson Police are wanting information about 17-year-old Wheke Kawana, who they say should not be approached.

The 17-year old Nelson man is wanted in relation to the aggravated robbery of a fish and chip shop in Victory Square.

Police says he's around 165cm tall and of medium build.

Anyone who has information, or knows where he may be is urged to contact Police immediately.
