Missing Northland woman concerns police

By: Jacob Brown | Upper North Island News | Friday August 31 2012 5:31

Police are seriously concerned for the safety of a missing Northland woman.

40-year-old Natasha Veltman of Tutukaka failed to show up to an appointment yesterday.

She's described as European, around 160cm tall, of medium to large build, with straight, blonde shoulder length hair.

She is wearing blue jeans, possibly a grey sweat-shirt and black skate shoes.

Land based searchers will return to the area first thing this morning.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact police.
