Fire services attend house fire near Wanaka

A fire has damaged a house near Wanaka.

Firefighters from Wanaka were called to the address on Aubrey Road just after 9am.

A Fire Service spokesman says the fire caused reasonable damage to a bedroom and kitchen.

It's known yet if the occupants were at home at the time.

A Fire safety investigator is at the scene.
