Police make arrests over car ramming

By: Alexia Russell | Latest Hamilton News | Thursday April 12 2012 8:08

Waikato police have made four arrests over the ramming of a police car in Kihikihi last week.

They came after an armed offenders squad raid in Te Awamutu early this morning.

A gang member and his partner, who were already on outstanding arrest warrants, are in custody.

Two other men found in the house were also arrested, one in relation to burglary and receiving stolen property, and one on drugs charges.

They'll all appear in the Hamilton District Court today.
