A Christchurch law firm will try to answer some of the questions arising from the blueprint for the central city. The free event will be held in Addington at 5:30pm and has been booked out by 150 property owners and tenants who are unsure where they stand when it comes to the CCDU plans and land requisition. Managing partner of Lane Neave law firm, Michael Wolfe says it's needed by a confused community. "The confusion arises out of insurance issues, compensation issues, issues over process, issues over timing and I think there are a lot of property owners who seek clarification of their rights." Mr Wolfe says if a second forum's required they'll look at establishing one. Photo: NZ Herald |
