A protest calling for action on TC3 homes in Canterbury is quickly gathering momentum. The TC3 Residents Group will hold a mass rally on Monday outside the Christchurch City Council, to coincide with the launch of the much anticipated central city blueprint. Protest organiser Kiri Hider says while the blueprint will be a positive milestone for the city, the disparity between recovery of the CBD and suburbs is unfathomable. She says while the blueprint has taken 100 days to release, they've been waiting 100 weeks and have still no definitive answers. Photo: NZ Herald |
