CERA set to announce land review outcomes

CERA will this afternoon announce the outcomes of the flat land zone reviews.

1358 home-owners have requested a review and it's understood CERA has changed just over 100.

A bit over 1000 of the requests were from people wanting to go from green to red, with 144 wishing to go red to green.

CERA chief executive Roger Sutton will be making the announcement just after midday.
