More than a hundred homes in Christchurch have had their zoning decisions changed. CERA has announced the decisions after opening up an appeal process for home owners on flat land. More than 1300 people applied to have the decision reviewed. CERA chief executive Roger Sutton says 101 properties will change from green to red, with just three going red to green. He says the remainder will not change. |
