Red Bus drivers have done a dummy run ahead of next week's red-zone tours in Christchurch. The company will run the 40 minutes tours, starting outside the Canterbury Museum, from Tuesday. The Canterbury Museum will provide imagery and commentary during the tours. Red Bus chief executive Paul McNoe says they wanted to give their drivers a training run before next week. "Making sure they know what the processes are from an operational perspective, the emergency procedures should we need to follow those, and all the protocols we need to work our way through. It was really just making sure we've got that all nailed down prior to starting the service." The tour costs $15. Photo: Edward Swift |
