CTV building designer apologises to families

The designer of Christchurch's deadly CTV building has apologised to bereaved families.

Alan Reay, has told the Royal Commission of Inquiry that the building, which claimed 115 lives in the February earthquake, didn't meet his standards.

APNZ reports that he says it was a terrible tragedy and he feels for those who have lost loved ones.
