Tree blocks road in Titirangi

A tree has fallen and it's blocking both sides of a road in the Auckland suburb of Titirangi.

Council staff are working to remove the tree on Huia Road.

Police say the tree is obscured by a bend on the road, and they're advising motorists to avoid the area.

It's believed it'll take a few hours for the road to be re-opened.
