Devonport's wharf to remain closed for repairs

Devonport's Victoria Wharf, which was closed on Wednesday, will remain closed indefinitely while it undergoes $6 million of repairs.

Auckland Council says staff have been keeping a close eye on the wharf's deteriorating condition for the past six months, and have decided immediate action was necessary to ensure public safety.
