Waiheke Island residents are annoyed two buildings are being put on historical land without resource consent being settled. The prefabricated buildings arrive at Wharetana Bay on a barge from Auckland this morning and will be greeted by residents waving placards, opposing the installation of the buildings on Te Whau Esplanade Reserve.
