Lucky Tuakau lotto punter wins $5.5m

A family from the Tuakau region, south of Auckland, are celebrating after claiming a whopping $5.5m Lotto Powerball win.

The the win came as an unexpected father's day surprise.

New Zealand's latest millionaires celebrated with family yesterday, and a boisterous 'man hug' from the brothers resulted in a broken couch.

A new couch and a new home are both on the shopping list for the big winners.
