Auckland property market seeing less homes

By: Nina Burton | Latest Auckland News | Tuesday October 2 2012 12:14

The number of homes coming onto the Auckland property market is falling.

Figures from the latest property report show a one percent drop for September.

Paul McKenzie from Realestate.co.nz says it's driven by a high demand for property, and will raise confidence amongst sellers in the region.

He says Auckland inventory is now at its lowest level in five years.
