Wellington St on-ramp reopening a 'success'

By: Nina Burton | Latest Auckland News | Tuesday October 9 2012 6:37

The New Zealand Transport Agency is hailing the re-opening of Auckland's Wellington Street onramp a success.

It's re-opened to traffic after being closed for almost two and a half years, as part of the Victoria Park Tunnel project.

NZTA spokesman Ewart Barnsley, says while traffic is quiet due to school holidays, the re-opening couldn't have gone more smoothly.
