There could be more disruption to Auckland bus services, after drivers rejected their employer's latest offer.
Hundreds of buses were off the road for several hours yesterday during a stop work meeting.
Drivers are pushing for time and a half when they work six days in a row, but NZ Bus is offering time and a quarter.
FIRST Union's Karl Andersen says the vote was emphatic.
"Ninety-seven percent of those present voted to reject the company offer and to take some form of industrial action against New Zealand Bus."
Mr Anderson says NZ Bus made $46 million profit last financial year, but won't make a reasonable offer to drivers.
