PM supports Collins' case

By: Katie Bradford-Crozier | Latest Political News | Tuesday April 17 2012 6:26

The Prime Minister's remaining staunch in his support of ACC minister Judith Collins' decision to take legal action against two Labour MPs and the state broadcaster.

Ms Collins has again written to Trevor Mallard, Andrew Little and Radio New Zealand, offering them the chance to apologise before she sues for defamation.

"Fundamentally it's a matter for her now and those individual parties. I support her in what she's doing, but it's a matter for her to resolve."

Trevor Mallard says an apology is most unlikely.
