Kim Dotcom may be gone from Parliament but he's far from forgotten.

The expat German businessman's been the centre of attention again, just a day after his appearance at a hearing on the GCSB legislation.

In the opposition's sights is Mr Dotcom's allegation the Prime Minister's lied about not knowing him ahead of the police raid on his Coatesville mansion.

Labour Deputy Leader Grant Robertson's asking if the allegation stacks up will John Key resign.

Deputy Prime Minister Bill English says the Prime Minister stands by his statements.\
