Formal complaint lodged against Phil Heatley in Parliament

A formal complaint against Minister of Housing Phil Heatley's been lodged with Parliament's Speaker.

It has been filed by Labour MP Annette King who is unhappy with the way the Minister's been responding to Parliamentary questions for written answer.

She says Mr Heatley's been obfuscating and his replies are either incoherent or irrelevant.

Ms King is asking the Speaker to step and resolve the matter and determine whether Mr Heatley's been acting appropriately.
