Labour invite Collins to 'bring it on'

By: Barry Soper | Latest Political News | Thursday April 19 2012 15:55

"See you in court" is the response from Labour MPs to Judith Collins, who's given them until 5pm today to apologise for accusing her office of leaking ACC information to the media.

The ACC Minister's given Trevor Mallard and Andrew Little two deadlines to offer her an apology to face defamation proceedings.

Mr Little says he's said nothing incriminating and he's invited Ms Collins to bring it on.

"This is the political arena. There is a political issue here about ACC and the leaking of emails. She's been asked questions, she answers some of them, avoids answering others, but this is a political question and it should be dealt with in the political arena and that's where I'm prepared to deal with it."
