The Greens are urging the Government to take on a bill that will tighten rules around local body elections and campaign donations, following the John Banks/Kim Dotcom saga. Co-leader Metiria Turei says if the Government was serious about addressing the problems raised around anonymous donations in local government elections, it'd adopt her bill.
