RIANZ believes as soon as illegal uploaders download file sharing software, there's proof they're deliberately uploading content. The Recording Industry Association of New Zealand has heralded a milestone with an illegal uploader being fined under the Sky-net anti-piracy legislation, by the Copyright Tribunal. Another 6,000 warning letters have been issued around the country. Managing director, Chris Caddick says it takes effort to share content.
