Dotcom back in court

By: Nita Blake-Persen | New Zealand News | Thursday February 14 2013 12:47

The Kim Dotcom case is back in the courts today.

Crown lawyers are in the Court of Appeal fighting a High Court ruling that the GCSB must disclose information it obtained during investigations into Mr Dotcom.

They say regardless of what the information is, it has nothing to do with illegal police investigations into Kim Dotcom - and there are a number of security reasons as to why the information shouldn't be passed on.

Mr Dotcom's lawyers are expected to begin presenting their case this afternoon.
