Man killed at Milford slip clean-up named

Police have released the name of the man killed while helping clear a slip on the Milford Road.

He was 67-year-old Graham Brown of Dunedin.

Two other men were injured in the accident, thought to have involved a malfunctioning compressed air hose.

Police are investigating, as are health and safety officials.
